Azadeh Sarkheyli

Azadeh is a senior lecturer and researcher at Dalarna University's School of Information and Engineering.  Her educational background encompasses a doctoral degree in Information Systems, a master's degree in IT Management, and a bachelor's degree in software engineering. Her research expertise lies in areas like Knowledge Management, Risk Management, Big Data, and Intelligent Systems, with extensive experience in research paradigms and strategies in Information Systems.

Azadeh is involved in the K2 project Exploring Citizen Satisfaction with Public Transportation through Social Media and Open Text Surveys.
