K2 Knowledge Lunch – Unstructured Data on Public Transport Quality
Welcome to a digital lunch seminar where Elnaz Sarkheyli from Malmö University presents what we can learn from often-overlooked data to uncover the specific vulnerabilities of different user groups. Open-text responses and social media data can reveal less-explored factors and values influencing travel decisions. The studied open-text answers are data collected by The Swedish Public Transport Association (Svensk Kollektivtrafik) as well as from the public’s comments on social media.
