Visibility – What is expected of you
To build long-term relationships with funders, partners, and decision-makers, it is essential that K2, along with each project and researcher, can demonstrate that the time and resources invested yield results. By increasing K2’s visibility, we can collectively strengthen the organisation, influence decision-making, and continue to attract partners and funding. Below are some simple guidelines that researchers involved in K2 projects are expected to follow.
Conference Participation
If you are presenting research conducted within K2:
- Your affiliation with both your home organisation and K2 must be clearly stated in the participant list. Ensure this is included when registering for the conference. Use:
- Swedish: K2 – Nationellt kunskapscentrum för kollektiv mobilitet or simply K2.
- English: K2 – Swedish Knowledge Centre for Collective Mobility or K2.
- You should use K2’s PowerPoint template. Your home organisation’s logo can be included in the template.
Media participation
If you participate in media (TV, radio, opinion articles, newspapers, industry magazines, etc.) in contexts related to research conducted within K2, it should be clear that you are affiliated with both your home organisation and K2.
Scientific articles and other publications
K2 researchers are encouraged to list K2 as an affiliation when publishing research results and presenting findings from K2 projects (whether K2-funded or externally funded but linked to K2). You are also welcome to mention K2 in other relevant contexts.
